This is a one week custom plan of workouts catered to YOUR goals.
This is used to give you a preview into how your programming will be setup if you choose to purchase a 6 or 12 week program. Whether you have not workout out in years, have no gym, don't know what your exact goals are- this gives us a good idea where to start!
This plan includes:
+ Weekly workout plan (3-5 workouts based on your fitness levels)
+ Access to me via email and text 24/7 for any extra support you would need!
+End of week check-in
6 Week Custom Plan
$150
This is a plan for clients that are looking to improve their fitness levels.
Whether you want to gain strength, endurance, muscle, or lose weight- this week week plan will be custom for YOUR goals.
This plan includes:
+ Skype consultation
+ Weekly check-in’s with me via e-mail
+ Weekly workout plans (which are adjusted as needed, usually every 4-6 weeks)
+ Access to me 24/7 via email or text message for whatever extra support you need!
12 Week Custom Plan
$225
This plan is for clients who are really ready to commit to themselves for a lifestyle change.
During the 12 week we will cater to YOUR goals.
This plan includes:
